I think your Phillips family may include my great grandfather Thomas Carroll Phillips born 1826 and married Martha Reed. I think they were in Alabama. I have been looking for a birth record for this Thomas Carroll Phillips. I think he was born in 1826 and died 1899. He died in Parker County Texas. Sometimes he only used “Carroll Phillips” as his name. Thanks…
